HTC, a communications, technology, and software company, specialising in the Healthcare & Security sectors has acquired Smart Caller Pty Ltd, an Australian-owned Nurse Call manufacturing business, which delivers Australian-designed and manufactured products throughout the Australian & Overseas aged & healthcare markets. The official announcement was made today, 3/7/23. The move to acquire Smart Caller started in 2022, taking almost 12 months to finalise, signing the deal on 30 June 2023 at 5pm.

Former CEO, Paul Long, has been instrumental in the Nurse Call industry, with Smart Caller being an industry leader for over 40 years. Paul’s vision and innovative approach has set the foundations to allow for the next generation of Smart Caller & HTC innovations.
